Genesys Management Company, LLC, was founded by Gordon Walter in 2002, and provides human resource guidance and consulting services.  Mr. Walter holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification through the Society for Human Resource Management.  His extensive human resources experience includes assignments in corporate, manufacturing and distribution.  He is currently an online Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at Washburn University, Topeka, Kansas.  He previously worked as an adjunct professor at Purdue University and at Ivy Tech State College, both in Indiana.
